2 Cup Nasturtium leaves, Packed tight
½ Cup Cilantro
¼ Cup Parsley
¼ Cup Mint
¼ Cup Savory
¼ Cup Flat Leaf Garlic Chive
1 TBSP Toasted Cumin Seed
.5 TBSP Toasted Coriander
4 Ea Toasted Chiltepins (can substitute another pepper)
6oz Red wine vinegar
8oz Meyer lemon juice
Generous Pinch Kosher salt
8oz Grapeseed Oil or Neutral Oil
Slice herbs and nasturtium. Combine ingredients in blender, using only a 2oz. of the grapeseed oil. Put 3 to 4 pieces of ice on top of ingredients and blend, adding the rest of the grapeseed oil slowly. Blend to till smooth and enjoy.
