As a part of its refreshment, Castle Hot Springs includes a large organic farm and greenhouse managed by the skilled Agronomist, Ian Beger. This farm produces over 150 varieties of rare fruits and vegetables (including over 30 varieties of heirloom tomatoes), allowing our talented chefs to create unique and unforgettable flavors in our in-house restaurant — Harvest. Guests can also try their hand at collecting their own ingredients for their meals.
