Culinary Delights
The past brought to life on your plate for you to explore
Wander through the history room and get a glimpse back through time at Castle Hot Springs. Speciality cocktail, mocktail and small bites will be served.
An upscale take on the cookouts that took place in the early 1900s, infused with contemporary Southwestern flavors and paired with Corrido Tequila.
At Bar 1896, get an inside look at the flavors and makings from the tequila experts themselves.
This dinner will give a nod to the dishes served during the Gilded Age, utilizing produce from our farm and garden while showcasing modern culinary techniques. Guests can expect a potage purée, crown roast lamb, a contemporary take on celery, and a reimagined Baked Alaska. The menu blends historical inspiration with the fresh, seasonal flavors of Castle Hot Springs.
After dinner, head up to Bar 1896 for a night of live music and dancing.
