This 3-night Retreat is the perfect opportunity to recharge, reconnect, refresh, reset, & rejuvenate. Set aside the worries of day to day life and focus on your resiliency and well-being.

The Retreat group size is limited, giving each participant personalized attention, as well as comfortably allowing for social distance.

This experience is designed to help you explore where you are in your life vs. where you want to be. The uniquely inspiring setting offers an immediate connection with nature. Learn about the neuroscience of change and evidence-based strategies designed to help you:

What to expect:

From 9:00 am – 3:30 pm we will connect, explore, move, self-reflect, laugh, learn, and grow. Topics and activities include:

  • Tap into 10 resiliency success habits
  • Learn five simple techniques for managing stress
  • Construct a healthier lifestyle through: fulfilling life work, rest, movement, relationships, physical space, connection to universe, self-awareness, or nourishment
  • Focus on an area where you want to become “unstuck”
  • Gain new personal insights and increase your sense of calm
  • Explore how to effectively expand your personal energy levels
  • Attitudes to stave off burn out
  • New perspectives for finding balance and fulfillment in your life, regardless of your responsibilities and work schedule
  • Evidence-based strategies for creating sustainable change in your life
  • New tools to navigate life transitions such as:  marriage, divorce, blended family, empty nest, career change, retirement, loss, milestone birthday
  • Feel more in control of your thoughts and actions
  • Have fun

The remainder of your afternoons are selected by you. Rest and explore the property; schedule a spa service or outdoor adventure activity (additional fee); or join an early morning or afternoon optional Retreat Breakout Sessions:
