HOLIDAY HIKE

8:30AM – 10:00AM

Join us for a crisp holiday adventure as we summit Spring Mountain. This scenic 90-minute hike features a fun climb through a natural rock passage and breathtaking views of the lake and canyon below. With about 400 feet of elevation gain over 1.5 miles, it’s the perfect intermediate-level outing to enjoy the beauty of Sonoran Desert. Please bring water and wear hiking shoes.

WARMING HOLIDAY AROMA RESTORATIVE & YOGA NIDRA

2:30PM – 3:45PM

This soothing seasonal practice blends restorative postures with a warm, aromatic blend crafted to evoke comfort and calm. Soft stretches, gentle holds, and scented compressions melt tension from the body. A guided Yoga Nidra completes the experience, inviting deep rest, clarity, and a renewed sense of holiday ease.
