Breathe out the old and ring in the new during Castle Hot Springs’ New Year’s Eve Breath and Sound Ritual — a deeply restorative experience that aligns body, mind, and spirit for the year ahead. This guided breath and sound journey supports the body’s natural rhythms of renewal by toning the vagus nerve and engaging the parasympathetic “rest and digest” system. Through vibration, intention, and breath, guests are invited to clear what no longer serves them and open space for clarity, peace, and inner vitality. Welcome 2026 with mindful presence and the resonance of stillness.

Join us for a hike to one of our most tranquil and scenic locations on property, Crater Canyon. In this serene sanctuary, we’ll pause to honor the year behind us—releasing what no longer serves us and opening our hearts to the blessings we wish to welcome in the year to come. Pocket journals will be provided to hold the insights and intentions that arise along the way.

MANIFESTATION MALA BRACLETS

Join us for a peaceful mala bracelet–making workshop designed to nurture mindfulness and intention. In this hands-on class, you’ll select meaningful beads, learn traditional mala symbolism, and string your bracelet with purpose. You’ll leave with a beautifully handcrafted bracelet and a simple practice to carry its mindful energy into your daily life.

STILLNESS & SCRIPT: AN INTENTION-SETTING MEDITATION

Begin the new year in contemplative quiet. Stillness & Script is a guided journaling and meditation experience that invites guests to inhabit the clear space created by letting go of 2025. Within the tranquil energy of winter, you’ll be guided through reflection prompts and vision-scripting practices to align your intentions with the rhythm of the new year. Enter 2026 not with resolutions, but with resonance — a vision dreamt from stillness.

THE FIRST DAY HIKE

2:00PM – 3:30PM

Join us for a refreshing New Year’s Day adventure as we ring in the year atop Spring Mountain. This scenic 90-minute hike includes a playful climb through a natural rock passage and sweeping views of the lake and canyon below—an invigorating way to welcome new beginnings. With about 400 feet of elevation gain over 1.5 miles, it’s the perfect intermediate trek to celebrate the season and soak in the beauty of the Sonoran Desert. Please bring water and wear hiking shoes.
